Program Overview

The Triple EMBA unites three prestigious institutions under the VBNN Smart Education Group, integrating Swiss academic excellence, European leadership expertise, and Middle Eastern innovation.

This internationally structured program awards 72 ECTS credits (1 ECTS = 25 hours), corresponding to 1,800 hours of learning over 18 months, and is recognized at EQF Level 7.

Delivered in a part-time, on-campus format, it enables executives to balance professional duties with advanced academic and leadership development. The program offers a global learning path across Zurich, Lucerne, Bishkek, Osh, and Dubai — providing first-hand exposure to different economic, cultural, and organizational systems.

Academic Collaboration

The Triple EMBA is a result of academic synergy between three institutions, each contributing specialized expertise and a unique learning environment:

  • Swiss International University (SIU) – A state-accredited institution licensed by the Ministry of Education and Science (KG), known for academic research, innovation, and governance.

  • ISBM Business Management School (Switzerland) – A Swiss-based executive education center in Zurich and Lucerne, focusing on advanced management, corporate strategy, and European business culture.

  • ISB Academy Dubai – An approved professional academy in the United Arab Emirates, recognized for delivering applied executive programs and leadership development with regional impact.

Together, these institutions deliver a comprehensive, integrated, and globally recognized executive education experience.

Study Structure and Locations

The Triple Executive MBA follows an immersive international learning structure spread across three key academic destinations under the VBNN Smart Education Group, allowing executives to experience distinct educational environments while maintaining a cohesive academic progression.

Participants begin their journey at ISB Academy Dubai (UAE), where they spend approximately 40 weeks focusing on executive innovation, entrepreneurship, and applied business management. This phase emphasizes strategic agility and leadership within dynamic emerging markets.

They then continue at the Swiss International University (SIU) campuses in Bishkek and Osh (Kyrgyzstan) for around 20 weeks, concentrating on research methodology, leadership theory, policy, and governance. This segment strengthens analytical thinking, academic depth, and cross-cultural leadership awareness.

Finally, the program concludes in Switzerland, where participants study for 20 weeks with the ISBM Business Management School in Zurich and Lucerne. This stage focuses on strategic leadership, corporate transformation, financial strategy, and European management excellence, combining advanced theoretical insight with practical executive application.

Through this 80-week rotation—40 weeks in Dubai, 20 weeks in Kyrgyzstan, and 20 weeks in Switzerland—participants gain a truly global perspective, uniting Middle Eastern innovation, Central Asian scholarship, and Swiss academic precision within one integrated executive learning experience.
